Shoreless Oceans Poem by Colin Cedar Bell

Shoreless Oceans

I can't tell you how much I love you
For words would fail me what to say
I can't show you how much I love you
For you would not come near to me
So am I now condemned to dreaming
When dreams can only make me more
Feeling condemned to keep on dreaming
Like on an ocean without shore

If you would only come to hold me
And only once know what I feel
You'd understand and join me dreaming
We could be dreaming without end
And I would never want to harbor
No, I'd be happy in my dream
And endlessly we'd keep on drifting
On shoreless oceans, you and me
