If people are forgotten in democracy
Whom do we approach for remedy?
The answer lies within conscious
The saying has become all the more famous
The country has witnessed shameful show
Where all parliamentary norms are allowed to forgo
The members have acted ruffians
Unruly and uncontrollable in disguise of respected civilians
Majority has suppressed rights of minority
All economic gains have been shared by mighty
The popular will is likely to rise against
But this criminality is committed on whose interest!
Small states should come in force
Let people follow strict rules themselves
The national wealth is major concern
Let each state have its portion in turn
The parliament is for conducting affairs
Not for blocking bills in unfair way
Let them attend fully, debate and offer dissent
It is foolish to create unruly scene or remain absent
Parliamentary democracy can not be imposed
Yet the people have enough of trust to be reposed
Let people’s representative realize the importance
We have gained freedom after sacrifices and not by chance
Let freedom and liberty rule the scene
Let country witness and shine
The real roots lie in people’s choice
Country may look forward with lots of promises
Today poor are pushed aside and forgotten
The country faces chaos and misrule even
People have good sense to reject the system
Even with enough of power to show them exit door
