Silence, My Love Poem by Miss Leila

Silence, My Love

Anger, seething enraged
Distorting Subtle pain
That seeps in silence…
In caged…..
Warning given…once, twice, thrice ignored
Pleading turned demanding then to being damned
As time slips by seemingly unnoticed
Sacrifices are made and hearts are played
Pulling and pushing towards and away
Mending repairing all the while tearing
Ripping the soul to shreds
And that is what I dread
The tears that no longer can be shed
Yet the emotions that are never dead
The thoughts that carry on ….
The Dream that never ends….
And only inside I die…
Still the agony continues
As I twist and turn...I burn
Screaming and pleading …bleeding
Hoping for you to be redeeming
But to no avail…there is no will
And what is left? .....
Silence, My Love…
The ever lasting
