Sinful World. Poem by Marcondes Pereira

Sinful World.

Love, sex, lust, I need, I deserve...
But I must have faith, I must pray to receive
The heaven that shines above.

Love, sex, lust, I know... They come from hell.
God, you know... Time will tell.
I lived in chastity. I lived well.

I pray... Save me from sinful world of pleasure.
I pray... Save me from naked (And Sexy) creature.
I pray... Save me from this crazy battle.
I pray... Take me to your golden cattle.

All secular desires will make the individual a temporary satisfaction. Moment the individual decides to have them on a permanent basis, suffering sets in. Its always wiser to be knowledgeable about their nature and live a modest life. This is where the religion can do a lot to the life. Great thinking. Thanks for sharing.
