Skiing Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Skiing

Oh how I wish I was in the rockies
skiing fast down a fresh power chute
leading to a rolling snowcovered trail
wind in my face, sunshine all over the place
Maybe somewhere like Vail

And to make it more interesting
I wish I was with a beautiful snowbunny
who would laugh at me on the chairlift
and smile and look at me funny
Yes, it would be nice to have a honey

How fun to spend the day skiing
wide open scenery and ecercise
just doing, enjoying and being
life is going by too fast and is too fleeting

All it takes is a little money
And lately that's not so funny
but I still like the part with the snowbunny
Yes, it would be nice to really have a honey
