Smile A Little Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Smile A Little

Rating: 5.0

Smile a little
Even with struggle
That may cost nothing
But yield something

That is needed
When we are headed
For real search with heart
Poet needs an art

An art to translate
And relate
What does his mind want?
And what he can not

There is no limit
When person comes to greet
Be cordial and cooperative
He may not be subjective

As poet, you search the soul
Like insects crawl
Inside earth soil
To feel pulse and recoil

That is earthly attachment
Which makes their movement?
Towards home coming
Even late but it is welcoming
