Snip It Quick Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Snip It Quick

Don't accept a mess.
Delivered directly to your address.
Just to get you included,
In an old although ageless foolishness.
Don't even wish,
Why you were invited.
Just know this,
Whatever it is for you ain't cool.
Nip it in the bud.
And don't have it bother,
Your peace to keep it.
Nip it in the bud.
Snip it quick.
Don't wish to be included.
A started foolishness,
Never ends to quit.
Snip it in the bud to leave it.
Quick to snip.
Know this invitation comes,
From thieves of peace.
Nip it in the bud to snip it.
Snip it quick.
Nip it bud to snip,
This foolishness.
Get it away from your peace.
And those thieves.

Don't accept a mess.
Sent to your address.
Don't be included,
In a foolishness.
Nip it in the bud to snip it.
And,
Do it quick.
Nip it in the bud and rid,
Foolishness.
Don't even wish to,
Be curious.
Nip it in the bud and snip it.
Snip it quick
Nip it in the bud and snip it.
This foolishness.
Don't let the thieves of peace,
Add you to their madness.
Notice this.
To nip it in the bud and snip it quick!
