So Cold (By Breaking Benjerman)

Crowded streets are cleered away 1 by 1. Hollow heros seporate as they run. You're so cold keep your hands in mine. Wise men wander wile strong men die!
Show me how it ended it's alright. Show me how defenseless you really are. Satisefy an empty in side. Well thats alright lets give this another try.
If you find your family dont you cry, in this land of make believe dead and dry. You're so cold but you feel alive lay your hands on me 1 last time!
Show me how it ended it's alright. Show me how defenseless you really are. Satisefy an empty in side. Well thats alright lets give this another try.
Show me how it ended it's alright. Show me how defenseless you really are. Satisefy an empty in side. Well thats alright lets give this another try.
It's alright, it's alright, it's alright, it's alright, it's alright

Hi Sara - you have chosen a very interesting poem to share with us as your debut on Poemhunters. Breaking Benjamin (lead singer Benjamin Burnley) are a Pensylvania Grunge Band who have been on the road for over ten years - do you like their music - SO COLD - in particular? . You do acknowledge the source of your poem which is important you could have laid it out a little less tightly. This 'spread' layout makes it easier to read easier to recite and the meaning becomes clearer. Crowded atreets are cleared away One by one Hollow heroes separate As they run You're so cold Keep your hand in mine Wise men wonder While strong men die Show me how it ends - it's alright Show me how defenceless you really are Satisfied and empty inside Well that's alright - let's give this another try If you find your family - don't you cry In this land of make-believe - daed and dry You're so cold but you feel alive Lay your hand on me one last time. What does this poem tell us? V 1 We all know Hollow Heroes - Men of Straw - when there is a problem they evaporate - separate and run away. V 2 In a crisis there will always be someone who loves you and will hold your hand - this is the Wise Man (they are the best Sara) the Strong men are the first to die in the battle - the Wise men survive. V 3 We all want to know - 'How it ends! ' we all want to be ALRIGHT - In many situations we are DEFENCLESS (which is why you need a wise man holding your hand) . V 4 Families are the most important people in our lives - but sometimes - especially in a time of World War - we come back home and find them 'dead and dry'. In World War 2 (1939 - 1945) 20 million people died some of them in my own street in Liverpool England in the May Blitz in 1941 - Over 3000 innocent people died in an instant in the Twin Towers on 09.11.2001 - groun Zero is awesome - that was not MAKE BELIEVE. 'You're so cold - but you feel alive -Lay your hand on me one last time - IT'S ALRIGHT'. The moral of the poem seems to be: When there is a crisis find a WISE MAN or a WISE WOMAN hang on to their hand and you will be ALRIGHT in the end. Love you in Poetry - JOHN
