Someday Soon Poem by Randy McClave

Someday Soon

Rating: 5.0

Someday, you will understand
Why no one ever took your hand,
Why everybody just walked away
Someday.
You will then one day realize
Of your past sorrow and sighs,
When no one wanted to be there
When you were showed no love or care.
And the times that you were accused
And also tried and then used,
And the times for you I did pray
Someday.
The time one day will come
It will be like the beating of a drum,
You will be there once again
With your judgments and sin.
More constant and then much louder
More fierce, but prouder,
And being there will be, "they"
Someday.
Someday, you will apprehend and perceive
Your past you will again conceive,
It won't be tomorrow or today
Someday.

'Someday, you will apprehend and perceive Your past you will again conceive, It won't be tomorrow or today Someday.' - Lines delivered from a heavy heart, it seems!
