Something Forever Poem by Thoisquare Tongbram

Something Forever

Something Forever
Something spells different about you.
Something makes me say you are it.
Something like this, it's given to a few.
And since we're there, why not take it
A step further, a step closer;
You to me, I to you, a bit more.

We can start with being together,
Then holding hands and more.
I can say sweet nothings in your ears.
And you can speak with your eyes
That none but I can hear.
That look, for which I can die
A million times over,
Or stay to watch it forever
Till we are both old.
Then I'd say, 'old but still gold'.

And I've always imagined it so,
You by my side in a photo.
It's just not enough to say
We'll be great together
Or, that I love you till forever.
But to see us in a different way.
Like a treasure in our future to come.
And a something forever as we go on.
