Sorry
I'm sorry I hurt you,
I didn't mean to.
Things just fell into place, I suppose.
You do mean something to me,
More than words can say.
Now you have a girl,
Take care of her,
And give her my regards.
She's lucky indeed.
You've got a heart,
As pure as gold.
I had it once,
But didn't take care of it.
I left a mark,
I pray it's not permant.
That would kill me inside,
To know I did that to you.
