! Speak!

Why are you silent!
People want to hear you,
make a move and speak something.

Life is full of energy when you talk a lot,
everyone will love you for who you are!
Be brave, start speaking for yourself.

Sometimes being so quiet
people may think you don't
like meeting new people.

Don't be shy, be happy.

Hi runrun... what I like about this poem is that you speak in your own voice. No pretension here. Oh and I also like what you have to say. It reminds me of the song, True Colours... If you left out the last two lines I believe the poem will improve (but it's your poem, ignore me if you think I'm wrong.) A last thing, I never rate poems, though others will! (Report) Reply
