Spring Welcome Us Poem by Melissa Andrea Rivero Wong

Flowers bloom and roses appear
Air and breath for humans waiting for a new spring today
The Earth travels around the sun
And birds start singing with sentiment in their soul
Our days are longer and we have more fun every day
The rainstorm and thunder welcome us
Chickens begin laying eggs
All the dark moments with snow are gone
The light comes and we appreciate the freedom of spirit
The blue of the sea and the green nature
Bees and butterflies fly away
Cooling the sky with beauty and speed
As long as we walk away
We touch the promise of the smell of violents
In our minds nothing matters
Winter and Summer all mix
And we can't refuse to accept them
Because this is our way to live paradise on earth.
