Star Up In The Sky

I have been searching,
For a person who said there are no stars during the day...
I have been searching,
For that person who said theirs is during the night.
Yea i did seek - but all invain,
He or she is nowhere to be found...
I truly searched and looked all over,
No one ever heard of him or her...

During the day we do have stars,
Same as we have them during the night...
The sun overpower them during the day,
And yes - theirs is at night...
No one ever said stars move,
nor switch on and off like a given rule -
they always are in the ON mode,
So during the day the sun has the main remote.

We may have heard of tales being read out,
But never did I hear of a star complaining,
They know that they have to bear for a little while,
Because they`re true strengh is revealed during the night -
And beholds a night time slowly comes,
As slow as it may be - crossed be your thumbs,
The sixth hour aint that far

I have dreamed myself like any other self,
I saw myself as an eagle with streched wings,
It is a good view when i am up there,
A good feeling that i feel in my spirit...
Like an eagle i wont just fly,
I will wait for the weather that allows my type,
Like a star i wont just shine,
I will wait for that hour that will allow my type.

Just a few more hours before the stars appear,
Millions and millions of them -
together as one until daytime breaks - then they disappear,
They may be small - yet very important...
Patience has never killed anyone,
It is impatience that devoured more than one.
Stars never complained about their shine,
They have never complained about their time...

I have learned that when i fall i must rise,
That all things have their time,
I know the one of peace and the one to fight,
Also heard of the one of laughter that will be followed by cries...
But i will lift up my head high,
Walk tall, chest out like a gentleman of old time.
Shoulders out, clear my throat and be ready to kiss the skies,
I will pull up my socks, tie my shoes and be ready to move,
Tighten my belt, put on my gloves - just so that i may be sure that i will never lose
