You brought down with stones
She who was once a bird soaring in the sky.
You said you loved her but
then you went and made her cry.
Yonder dawns another day.
She'll only sit and wonder why
she chooses to stay with you
like a wounded bird which cannot fly.
Cowardly as you can be, you push her away
unable to say goodbye.
You can not walk; she can not fly.
Yet you stay and stay, neither of the two
knowing why.
