Under blue lights with dark milk
I turn aruond and lean on steel
trying to feel in every frail heartbeat
wonder staring on how the the vibrations
seem to be stronger than mine.
I envy those who claim their heart
to beat for the love of some
mine cant even move a butterfly.

I would like to translate this poem
Hey Jessica, Even if your heart can't move a butterfly At least you have the heart To be moved, enraptured And thus captutred by The loving liquid languid beat Of a silken steel butterfly. Selamat and mabuhay! No, I'm not from the Philipines but those are the 2 Tagalog words I know. There was an old Filipino man whose poems I read on another website who always ended his comments with 'Selamat and mabuhay! ' when he spoke to me. Shane
