Stop poking into the middles,
Searching for the softer fillings in your life,
Enjoy the ones that you’ve been given,
Working your way, through life’s nuttiness and strife.
Life’s just like a box of chocolates,
Some a bit chewier than the last,
But when you’ve consumed the entire box given,
The sweetest of flavors, are sure to last.
No need to poke and prod at each piece,
To find the ones that you’ll enjoy,
Just toss a piece of life’s sweet confection in,
Sit back and be filled with life’s joy!
