Strapless Shoulder Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Strapless Shoulder

I'm tipsy now
in the dazzling sunlight,
I'm laughing among the flowers,
dancing among ancient trees.

Suddenly, I want to have a fling,
to fall in love again,
to remember youth,
holiday wine, the sweetest perfume!

I'm determined,
this will be my day,
my golden celebration;
I've been waiting too long
to kiss the strapless shoulder
that I have desired the most.

An engaging read, I like its tones its new found vigour to re-explore and also its humour.
