Stuck Poem by Jodilee Duke

I came to say hello to you
but got stuck in some glue,
now what on earth will I do?
Only reason why I came, was to say hello to you,
but now my foot is stuck in this gloopy glue.
I would do anything to unstick myself
so I could run to you,
and give you this hello.

Now I remain stuck
stuck in this glue,
but my thoughts are staying sane,
cause I know tomorrow will come,
and my hello will fly into your ears,
giving you songs of cares.

And let me tell you one more thing,
I sure will be happy
to get my foot out of this gloopy glue.
