Suicides Sweet Kiss Poem by Stephanie Blodgett

Suicides Sweet Kiss

Rating: 5.0

Standing…
The ledge is so close
The fall so far
Looking down at the world
Seeing nothing to look for
Nothing for which I should stay
Thinking death might make it all go away
How much could one take just before one brakes
Cracking from the weight of the world
When yesterdays to late
But tomorrows to soon
There’s nothing but solitude
And nowhere found is solace
There is no pain you can elude
No escape from this world
Only exodus of this life
What is hell to this night
When there’s nothing but this fight
Hell is found here on this earth
Nirvanas so far out of reach
This night is never ending
And the day will never come
Is it a blessing to remember
Or a curse to forget
Is death the moments only gift
Pacing the edge as I ponder
Closer 2 death I seem to wonder
The kiss of sweet suicide so tempting
I think I shall walk away
I might live long enough to see the light of another day

That's truly an amazing way of writing... Don't let the flow ever stop :)
