Survival Poem by Constantinos Grigoriadis

Survival

Rating: 4.8

I closed the door and I took a breath.
I was back to my refuge.
Out there was the city jungle.
Rapacious, vipers, hyenas, lions, condors, searched for food.
I felt like a domesticated animal
That tried to survive every day,
Fighting
or running away from the jungle rules.
