Sweet Intoxicating Love Poem by Wambli Watson

Sweet Intoxicating Love

Your teeth, I miss it when you bit my neck
Your hands, I miss it when you held me tight
Your body, I miss when we slept side to side
Your blood is sweeter than honey itself
Your blood is delectable and so intoxicating
Tis was the most delicious I've tasted
Your irresistable, no wander I was drawn to you
And I'm more sorry than I can ever say to you
(I liked you more when you were cold and heartless)
Your hair, I miss running my fingers through
Your lips, I miss touching and kissing all together
Your eyes, I miss looking into them and seeing the truth
Your massages, I miss most because you know how to touch
(It always put me to sleep, it felt so real, so good)
I believe being with you allowed me to get to
Whatever dream state I was in to understand you more
I've risked it all and for what? Hmm...to be a damn idiot? Maybe
I'll go to hell and back just to be with you once more
Ready to fight whoever dares to tears us apart
Your music, I miss, it made me not feel alone
Your argumentations, made me feel alive
Your 'I Dont Care' moments made me feel challenged
Your dislikes in all things, made me want you more
Your sarcasm, never got old, though I pretended to hate it
I know that I'm not good, but I'm not all bad
The dead love is so consuming to me, but why?
(Because its our sweet intoxicating love)
You broke up with me, I broke up with you
I never wanted anything to happen like that
But now I see you more clearer than I thought I did
I'm happy to know that you're doing good, honey
I hate me for what I've done, for what I became
For how I acted towards you, for what I've said
I never thought I would become something I never
Thought I was, till those moments came to the surface
