Sweet Memories Poem by Jhane Reyes

Sweet Memories

Rating: 5.0

When I saw you walking down the street
Strange but you made my day complete
Suddenly stunned when our eyes are met
A moment I'll treasure and never forget

You trapped me by your captivating face
Can't help it but to admire and amaze
Silently wish could feel your warm embrace
Whenever I need your soothe and solace

You deceived me by those glowing eyes
Every time you stare I was hypnotized
You seem so good, sweet and nice
But I am afraid that all are lies

You seduced me in such an inviting smile
That makes me forget the world for a while
Doesn't really care if seems to be vile
Dreaming of you'll bring me in the aisle

You tricked through mellifluous voice
It's like music instead of noise
Whenever I hear I have no choice
But to love it and be rejoice

Just wonder what magic you have
And you awaken my slumber heart
Painted my life like a vivid art
Frighten to lose you that give a start

The summer scent on a month of May
Those sweet memories will always stay
I'm quite expect, hope and pray
We'll be destined to and love finds the way
