Sweetheart Poem by Bireswar Halder

Sweetheart

I slowly uncover you at deep night
And a fragrance comes out
As of a bride
I gaze at your beauty winkless
Perhaps you feel ashamed
And try to run away.

I kiss you repeatedly
Embracing tightly in my heart
I stretch you on my bed
And rejoice shouting `you are mine`.
But hide you before the dawn.
Keeping our secret relationship!

You are full of mysteries, full of strength
Having capacity to rise and fall.
Love rages in me
I actively move with verve in heart
I move with spirit of a lion
People honour and recognize me
Really they are fools.

Am I really happy with this bond?
Life turns wheels, gets smaller
But still I have none except you
I love you very much, dear bribe money.
Please do not leave me alone.
