Tackle mentally

If it is momentary
then it is necessary too
mind might be disturbed
but the tendency has to be curbed

even if it remains temporary
it has to be transitory
making room for speedy recovery
and making it healthy state

let the mind not deviate
and state
the ill effects
and act accordingly

the joy may be applauded
the sadness may not lauded
mind must function on right direction
and need positive action

we are human beings
and try to bring
the good rapport between mind and health
it is important then the wealth

what is the real state of mind?
where you can easily find
the crux of problem
and tackle them
