Sometimes I am overwhelmed,
I am tired and I am week.
Sometimes I have no strength,
And the Lord I must seek.

He tells me…….

Take a little soul break,
Remove all the temptation.
Take a little soul break,
Find the lords inspiration.

A vacation from all the mess,
That life has created
A vacation from all the stress,
Where the world can be sedated.

Take a little soul break
You can do it right at home,
Take a little soul break,
There is no need to roam.

Life can sometimes bring you down,
It's tragic in many ways,
But by taking a little soul breaks
You can make for better days.

I tell you this so blatantly,
So that you will understand
Life is for the heightened soul
So you must take a stand.

Soul breaks are Magnificent,
They will cleanse your clouded mind.
So take that needed soul break
And life will be more Kind.
