Talk To Me About Love, Speak To Me Poem by Hebert Logerie

Talk about love, speak and teach me about love
Love is a sweet thing that can become deadly
Show me the pigeons in the clouds, up above
And I will prove you that love can be utterly silly.

Love is imbued in way too much trial and error
Love is surrounded by way too many feelings
There are too many controversies and horror
In relationships. Some only want the darn rings.

And others crave for money. It's a business entity
C'est la mode. I am listening. Keep on talking to me
Love is not a game. Love is a very serious endeavor.

These days, love is not love. Love does not live forever
Unnecessary jealousy, guessing, and innuendos further
Spoil the harmonious feelings. Love is no longer forever.
