Termination Point Poem by Dorsey Baker

Termination Point

He has a sickness that could kill him
but he is not afraid to die
he knows that living forever
is not an option
he is aware of the fact that
if there was no one or
nothing dying
the world would be so overcrowded
and so full of tension
everybody getting on everybody's nerve!
knowing how he feels
when there are too many people around him
how uncomfortable it makes him feels
at times
just think
of it
millions of people all needing food
water
shelter etc
all would be in very short supply!
Humans would love each other
much less than they do now
He concludes
humans must terminate
at some point!
