The 21st Century Industrial World Poem by Paula Glynn

The 21st Century Industrial World

The world changing with every passing century
The 21st century the century technology explodes
And expands with significant scientific knowledge
Changing wildlife and nature for the better
And saving the planet from pollution and rubbish
Deliberately saving the planet from destruction
Needing strong leaders to stop crimes of humanity.

The electrical car now replacing the petrol car
Change impossible to stop: no matter the arguments
The world perpetually spinning in orbit
The world now seeing into the mysterious universe
Time once an enemy: now an important friend
And we all get old but our legacy
Will make a vast impact on the world.

Theme parks full of scary but exciting and fascinating rides:
From the Big Dipper to superfast rollercoasters
To the Rainbow and the nighttime Ferris Wheel:
Resulting in exciting and modern entertainment popular with many
The 21st century theme parks showcasing popular technology
And how important even small vehicles of transportation are
Neon lights and neon nights full of summertime happy people.

Neon lights of yellow, red and blue do light the city night sky
Colours painting a rainbow from space
And spectacular views from airplanes and satellites
The planet circled by the NASA space station
Impressive astronauts flying the vehicle in space
Showing how wonderful science and technology is
Showing how far the human race has advanced.
