The Beauty Of A Storm Poem by Tod Denny

The Beauty Of A Storm

Rating: 5.0

Snow squalls howling through the night
Covering the earth in a blanket of white,
Icy raindrops that instantly freeze
And clings to limbs of the barren trees,
The glitter and gleam from branches and stems
Reflecting sun rays as if crystaline gem,
The beautiful visionary that one beholds
As the once daunting storm, subsides and unfolds.

nice flow and rhyme, you capture the storm well and me as I read it.

Dear Tod, a very nice musical quality to carry me through the verse, a sparkling start, is the tempest next? Love David
