The Best Mom But Not Daddy Though Poem by kennika jones

The Best Mom But Not Daddy Though

My mom is the most wonderful women in the world.
She was there when my dad abandoned me, because I was a girl.
She took good care of me her and god alone.
The only time I really heard my dad's voice was on the phone,
but even on the phone there were still lies.
To him I am noting. I am nothing in his eyes.
I wish he loved me like mommy does, but the day that happens
it will be a gift form GOD above.
