The Big Cats Poem by Dorsey Baker

The Big Cats

Rating: 5.0

The big cats
lurking around
in the jungle
looking for
weaker animals
so that
they can prey
upon them
eyes full
of blood lust
a big mouth
and monster teeth
with a flash
of lightning speed
they run the fearful
animal down
kill it and eat
its bloody flesh
The big cats
hot headed
cold blooded killers
charge the unsuspecting
animal
with all the strength
in their body
and courage in their heart
they come for the kill
The big cats
they come
with a made up mind!
