The Birth Givers Poem by Vishal Kr. Sharma

The Birth Givers

Rating: 4.8

I know I am your precious star,
Whom for you'd bear shame, could fight any war.
If I shine, you are bright,
Behind my shine, you are the light.

Days when I knock myself down,
You who teach to swim, not get drown.
When my eyes are stolen and everything is dark,
You close my ears and let the creatures bark.

I am your reflection, not of mirror,
For you I can jump, break any barrier,
Ready to take for you any pain,
Never will I bring on your forehead any stain.

Never I could return the much you give, gave,
When I stand between you, everything I have.
Always be my light, for I stay glad,
You are the biggest stars, Mom and Dad.
