The pain ricocheted off the walls of my skull
doubling as the waves crossed over,
enveloping my entire being in a hug of excruciating proportions.
Lungs burning, a needing hunger for the oxygen
Demanding my entire soul to acknowledge their presence, their pain.

The O of my silent screams stretches across my face
too painful
for voice
for words
for thoughts

My body rigid with the pain
unable to grasp at the strength to move
a muscle
a tissue
a single cell

All on it's own, my body spasms out of control
an epileptic fight for survival
but I don't mind
my presence is fading
but I don't mind

A warm yellow cold tingles it's way
numbingly over my body
from the tips of my toes
up through my chest
to my head
through
my
nose...
into....
my....
