The Cock And The Fox (A Children Poem) Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

The Cock And The Fox (A Children Poem)

Said the fox
To the cock,
Let us sing and dance and rock
The moon is bright
Full of light
The night so cool
Oh, what a wonderful sight!

The cock then said
With a toss of his head,
You wish to eat me up
And then go to bed,
But I am no fool
For I was taught at school
Never believe a fox
As a rule.
