The Curse Poem by pragya semwal

The Curse

He looked at me like I were magic
Like none of this was real
Before he could say a thing
I just quickly disappeared

He saw me again the next day
And the day after that
But nobody could really see me
Because I was cursed like that

There definitely was something between us
Something magical yet real
I thought he might have ended the curse
But the curse had just begun

The only thing i was forbidden from
Was unconditional love
But I was ready to give up my powers
For his enchanting glance

He looked at me like I were magic
Like none of this was real
But everyone could see me now
Yet for him I was surreal.
