This is very dark night a groom
Who has rich chemistry knowledge
To go deeper to the soil searches
The bride of brightness in wisdom.
Time passes away groom searches
Bride comes but they do not meet
Relative flowers comment on this
Night loves to find morning again.
But this is not in night's fortune
To hold the hand of bright princess
Parents try to arrange a meeting
But while bride searches, no groom.
Wonderful this play of ugly night
To find day filled with cheerfulness
Morning in beauty witnesses princess
Groom tries and cries to get her.
Brightness is equal to wisdom of God
How can ugly night be able to touch
Unless groom does not change action
To appear bright as day in cuteness.
You are wonderful poet. Darkness is groom and brightness is bride. What an amazing imagination and powerful wisdom you have given!
Though the dark groom named the Night is deeply in love with the fair princess called Day, they are a pair of 'star crossed lovers' who cannot hold hands or be together. It is in a way very unfortunate. The poem indirectly suggests that there cannot be an alliance between darkness and light. Love this interesting metaphorical poem.
This poem reflects a powerful imagery. Darkness is groom and brightness is princess. I am feeling as this poem is a fable. This is very lovely.
A well composed contrast is thoroughly maintained through the poem. Outstanding work. Loved the last stanza.
The Night and Day..... a dark groom and a fair bride! But unfortunately this star crossed lovers cannot meet nor stand in a warm embrace! Great imagination! A 10
