The Day I Said Never

I lost myself the day i said goodbye
I was so full of pride
And determined to find whats inside
But all I found was the hole that remains
The one that drives me insane
Every time I hear your name
I fall to the ground
Such a distant sound
To fall from my pedestal
Into battle with myself
And bleed forever
The day I said never
