The Day You Walked Away Poem by Catherine Agunat

The Day You Walked Away

Tears burst like a rain
Lips can't utter the pain
My heart blurt in agony
The day you walked away

I can't imagine, I can't explain
Why vows we made end up in vain
Dreams we both wished was forgotten
Like those rubbish that are rotten

Since the day you walked away
I started to live desperately
Always gazing at your memory
Like a lunatic soul, cryptic and silly

And now, here I am again
Listening to my heart in its complain
Searching a way how to say I'm sorry
Hoping that you'll be back after

the day you walked away
