The Dog Must Go (Cat's Perspective) Poem by Eric Niehoff

The Dog Must Go (Cat's Perspective)

You know I couldn't hesitate
To run the math and calculate
As I will surely demonstrate
It’s not too late, It’s not too late!

Not to point out oversight
But the budget is already tight
We’ll starve if he’s not gone tonight
We just might, We just might!

I've taken time to think it through
His destruction will challenge you
With everything he gets into
Another shoe, Another shoe!

One best friend is all you need
Having just one mouth to feed
Sure by now you have agreed
Let’s proceed, Let’s proceed!

And by now you must know
Aside from costing lots of dough
He gets walked even in the snow
He must go, He must go!
