The Fire In My Heart Poem by Daya Nandan

A fire within my heart burns so bright,
That burns even brighter when you are in sight,
The glow within as bright as the morning sun,
With warmness only for you my lovely one,

It gets stronger each day as our tender love grows
Makes me happy as it's warmness it shows,
the flames of love, the bright fire of my heart,
To keep us close in love and never be apart,

The fire in my heart longs for your love,
The blaze within given by god above,
I long to kiss you, hug you and cuddle you well,
to keep this fire burning with our love story to tell,

The fire within makes the darkest night seem like day,
Everytime 'i love you' become the words you say
It lights up the sky like heaven's eye,
With a desire to love you that will never die,

This fire is inextinguishable as long as i have you,
Woman of my dreams, personification of love so true,
So i will end this poem with a fact that you know,
I love you so much more than words and feelings can show.
