Those of us united by the goodness of God
Have clothed ourselves with Jesus our Lord.
Every time we struggle with tribulations of heart
It's God who defeats Satan and his horde.


Seeing a situation with the eyes of the Lord
Will alter our perspective and give us peace.
We must actively choose to walk with God
For without His presence our woes shall increase.

We can be rescued from the shadows of uncertainty
To be carried by Christ from the darkness into the light.
When we recognize who we truly are within our soul
And pray for God to guide us by day and night.
