The lands of the Stars an Empire be
Nay, Empire within empire they rotate
Quicken oft their motions
As in human wombs
And in that quickening
I heard the Principles giving instructions.

In the land of stars and locomotion
The more diverse-differentiated
The more the All obey one Principle
Namely the Principle of Global Balance

III

There shall be none ever who can boast ‘I broke the P: rinnciple' and continued unadjusted.
