The Love Of God For Man Is Born Today! Poem by Dr John Celes

The love of God for man is born today!
We call this magic, mystery- Christmas Day;
-The greatest gift of God to earth is born,
So that, we sinners all can be reborn.

The Lamb of God is born on Christmas morn,
In wintry weather in a world war-torn;
The Son of God must carry cross and die,
And shed His blood for mankind's sins, Oh my!

He will arise third day defeating death!
The Savior saves all souls by human birth;
This second Adam Christ was born sin-free;
The manger's baby lay in poverty.

By Him, all souls are cleansed for heaven's gate;
The Evil one and clan can't change man's fate;
God absolves human sins by blood of Christ;
His blood is incomparably thus priced.

The Virgin Mary's boy is King of kings;
To men of good-will, joy and peace, He brings.
