The Men Of Noble Strife Poem by Okechi Okafor

The Men Of Noble Strife

Not only the living are eligible to die,
Nor do only women and children cry.

Don't let the fear of death take your life,
Nor the tears from your wife douse your strife.

You're The Man for only what you can give.
That's the true worth of the life you live.

Render aid to all, but to yourself first.
Try to be a Jesus, and remain cursed.

Get a wife, and shoot up your BP.
Remain single, and shut down your CV.

Life might not be your best friend,
Yet it might also not be your worst fiend!

All you desire is in your palm.
The light will come, brother, just be calm! !
