The Purple Rain Poem by chandra prakash verma

The Purple Rain

Outside your window, O cindrella!
I stand in the meadow, O cindrella!
This rain feeding the night
Its purple sound, this waning light
You, in the warmth of thy castle, lay awake
O cindrella, drenched in your own rain, own lake
Beneath the shadow of the stars, O cindrella!
I can see thy scars, O cindrella!
The left over pudding, you saved for me
In this starving night, we craved to flee
May this rain be forever..
Let's sing this together, O cindrella!
