The Rainbow Poem by Mary Joy Ardimer

The Rainbow

I look upon the sky.
I stopped and watched it for a while.
Absolutely it colored my day,
And rushed all the vile away.

Rainbow in the southeast,
Rays who kisses my face.
It takes me out from this lonely place,
And put me, where someone could embrace.

Rainbow put me where I belong,
That someone could not leave me alone.
I feel like I'm home,
To the place where I belong.
