The Raven Poem by Barry Kavanagh

The Raven

Perched in dominion

Watching over all

Cloaked of velvet night, dark like the shadows

Sink into my void filled eyes

I freeze your soul

I see thee, I come for thee

I smash thee, I disembowel thee

I tear thy flesh and steal thy soul

For I am the dark angel of death

I am the Raven
