My heart beats loudly
like the rhythm of a drum
Singing love in your name
This lonely heart has overcome
All sadness and emptiness and hatred
As it chases the demons from inside,
Now it pumps with hope and pride.

My veins flow with life force
My will to live is strong
Waiting to flow with life to you
I shall be where I belong
Together with you, in my arms
Holding you tighter than tight,
I know my love for you is right.

And in my mind are thoughts of you
That forever are making me smile
Making me feel closer to you
Every thought is another mile
And I will walk over water
If I have to, to be with you,
I know my love for you is true.

Inside my body is a good soul
To always be better is my aim
I'll be a better man, for you my love
You are my warmth and my flame
So keep shining light of my life
I've known you're all that I need,
Ever since you planted the seed.
