The Road To My Salvation Poem by June FeirCruz

The Road To My Salvation

Rating: 5.0

I was determined to take the wide road to my destruction
Because of my enmity for you
It seems dichotomous from how we used to be
Two peas in a pod.....inseparable

I have to set this hatred free to the universe - a black hole infinite
Than to leave it inside of me to fester and breed
I don't want to know the epistemology of hate
I want to know the power of love

The kind of love that has sustained me all these years
That enabled me to face dangers that have come and gone
I have prevailed not just survived
And now I know where that strength came from

It is from THE ONE whose message is LOVE
He is even older as time eternal
He is the reason why we are here now
And HE will have a place for us when we no longer walk this earth

**Dedicated to my friends Jason Mede and Brian Mede, with admiration and love. You influence me more than you know.** Luke 13: 24 Go in through the narrow gate because the gate to hell is wide and the road that leads to it is easy, there are many who travel it. But the gate to life is narrow and the way that leads to it is hard, and there are few people who find it.**

i don't want to know the epistemology of hate I want to know the power of love........................ love and hate two sides of a coin as two souls juxtaposed if one tries to destroy other th later will not survive, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , LOVE when eternal excels all, even enmity expires by the sweet words of love, .......... rage, revenge and rivalry all when die faster by the gleams of love, soul when finds the room of repose by the salvation, heart revels by the redemption, wonderful write by the imagery,10++, thanks for sharing
